Review: Okok

Positive points: The place is very center of Hanoi city and near to everything I need, especially food. Very friendly team in the hotel. The hotel room is big and clean.

Positive points: The hotel is tucked away down a narrow alley, so despite being so close to attractions like Train Street and the Food Street, it was quiet and peaceful in the hotel itself. Both the daytime and nighttime attendants spoke excellent English and were very helpful in giving us some recommendations for places to visit while we were in Hanoi. They also helped us book our travel to our next destination, and were generally friendly, funny, and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, good AC and hot water in the shower, plus a minibar in the room with some water and snacks at a very affordable price.

Review: This hotel was generally nice, convenient room, it was spacious. Staffs were absolutely friendly with good English. Only slight problem came from the owner's wife that had a little talk to me. She was kind of a brusque woman, not rude but did not hold a standard manner required for people who are in charge of a hotel.

Positive points: I liked the easygoing and helpful customer service, and good location close to the Old Quarter and lake.

Positive points: Very nice place and great helpful staff. We extended our stay with one night and even got a small discount. We had a big room on the 7th floor with windows and even though we could hear sounds from the streets is wasn’t loud at night. It’s very quiet compared with all other places I’ve stayed in Hanoi.

Review: Not clean, not worth foe the price

Positive points: The customer service was excellent, particularly Travis at the front desk went above and beyond, warmly greeting us and offering ideas on what to do in the area. Additionally he checked in with us multiple times with us with warmth, kindness and interest as we came in and out. The facilities were comfortable and room service did a great job. Everything was as advertised. Stayed 4 nights
