Review: We were here for 2 nights. We had request the hotel to arrange pickup at the airport. We were greeted by the staff at the door and helped carrying in the luggages. Everyone was very kind and polite. Especially Anna, very knowledgable and kind in assisting checking us in. The room we stayed has street view. Very spaces room. The best part was, it is soundproof. We opened the window, it was very noisy. As soon as we closed the window. We couldn't hear the noise. This hotel is located on a very busy town. Walking distance to most places. They also provide breakfast with many different choices of food and a lot of tables to sit and eat. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Definitely will stay here again next time I visit.

Positive points: The room was very spacious and clean with a balcony to the street.
Breakfast is very nice with a lot is choice, but most of all the staff are amazing, assisting with information and helping to book things.

Positive points: Even before we arrived we received clear communications via WhatsApp. Upon arrival we were given a very warm welcome. Everything we needed to know was explained clearly over a welcome drink. Each member of staff was very courteous and friendly.
We used the hotel's excellent spa facilities as well as booking a cruise through them.
Overall it exceeded our expectations as well as being excellent value.

Review: Good hotel to stay in the Old Quarter of Hanoi that's not so noisy at night and has clean, comfortable rooms. It's close to the lake and bus station for transfers to Sapa. The building is a bit dated, but that's normal for this area.

Positive points: 1. Comfortable： Our room was both clean and spacious，the bed was very comfortable slept well！
2. Sweet and smiley staff：Kim was extremely professional in providing us information on train tickets .Jennie was great helpful suggestion for puppet Show and take care of us when we arrive at the hotel early！

Review: Lovely week in an excellent hotel. We stayed on floor 9 in a balcony room. Huge balcony with table and 4 chairs plus loads of free space. Could have done with lighting for evening use. Good hotel!!

Positive points: Location was great and staff was also kind.When I asked for pharmacy location, hotel bellmen kindly guided the pharmacy location.

Positive points: This is a review for 2nd stay after returning from over night halong bay cruise. Reception team assigned 8th floor room which got me escape from neighbor’s cat noise. Thank you very much.
Twin Bed were very comfortable, 12 hour laundry service was cheap. Again customer service responsible by sales manager Kim was fantastic.

Positive points: I am writing a review for 1st 2 nights of my stay at the hotel. Guest service was outstanding especially Kim who is sales manager of the hotel. She took care of excursions, restaurant arrangements and more. I would highly recommend booking excursions through her.
Breakfast was good too. It was not like five stars hotel buffet but quality of each items were good.
Air on is individual systems (pac unit built in for each room) it is Japanese product has heating function as well which is appreciated for winter visit.

Positive points: The front of house Claire and Jennie were extremely professional. They ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. The room was clean, the towels decorations and flowers were a lovely touch. Great location. Highly recommend.

Positive points: It’s located close to all major tourist attractions. You can walk to all attractions within 5-10 minutes. Very nice breakfast with tons of options.
