Review: Nice budget hotel but facilities and room size is unexpectedly below average.

Positive points: This is a near new very luxurious feeling hotel. The bed was amazing and the bathroom had a separate shower and bath. Everything was exceptionally clean. It was just outside the old town but easily walkable. Staff were amazing- particularly Harry.

Positive points: The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is still under construction (scheduled completion: April 2025) and so some of the facilities are still undone, but you wouldn't know it because you don't get any noise from the construction, just that some of the facilities weren't available. The lobby was massive and very convenient for us to do some work during the day, and the staff even got an extension cord for us in the lobby when there were no accessible power outlets. The room we got had two rooms, one of which didn't have a window, but that was a minor point.

Wide range of options for the buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend to try it now given the value you get.

Positive points: Beautiful new hotel. The staff are young and enthusiastic, and I really enjoyed chatting to them. The room and all its facilities were fantastic. I loved staying here and I'd really recommend it. The location for me was perfect. I could walk to the Old Town and anywhere central but it was a nicer area that staying in Old Town in my opinion, nice coffee shops and places nearby so you got the best of both worlds.

Strongly recommend booking this hotel!!

Review: We booked the room with connecting 2 beds in one room. But not work out what we liked. The front desk did change for us with the Room bonus upgrade with no charge.

Positive points: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. I especially enjoyed the delightful afternoon tea – such a lovely touch. My room was very spacious, and the new bathtub was a real highlight – perfect for unwinding after a long day. I can’t wait to visit again when the gym and swimming pool open soon. This place just keeps getting better!
