Review: Caring and professional staff with centrally located property. Needs to improve in the room cleanliness and sewage system. The bathroom smelled like sewage that we had to request for a room change. Please have a quality / condition check prior to assigning the room.
Overall, we are happy with other services. Nice experience!

Positive points: We had a really nice time at the Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel! The room and the service were perfect, we felt very welcome. Everybody was so kind and friendly. The restaurant and the Spa were also so great! And the location is top, surrounded by good restaurants, Church , lake , cafes and many stores. Big recommendation!

Review: My husband and I stayed in this hotel. The staff are customer focused. We were checked in earlier than usual. The following day, we had an early trip going to Sa Pa. The staff made sure that we have a packed breakfast to bring on the road.

I will definitely go back to this hotel.

Review: This hotel has quite a high rating on Google and Agoda. It is marked as a four-star hotel, but actually, it is a two-star hotel, considering the hotel's condition, breakfast, and service. I recommend you not to stay here sincerely.

Review: Staff were extremely nice and helpful during our stay. It was me and my partners birthdays during the stay and they surprised us with decorating the room. The breakfast buffet each morning had a good selection of food and was well cooked. Would defiantly recommend.

Review: Staff in this hotel is wonderful!! They ate super helpful and make your stay easy! Breakfast was delicious with great options of fresh fruit, veggies, salads, juices and smoothies. Also great options for a la cart orders of omlets, eggs, sandwiches etc. Great location for exploring Hanoi as well.
