Review: Everything was excellent during our stay. The staff was helpful and courteous, the breakfast quality was excellent, the room was specious.

Positive points: Staff were great! Welcoming and Helpful. Room was comfy with premium finishes. Food was great at all of the onsite restaurants. Centrally located with great shopping all within walking distance.

Review: Metrooole locates in the heart of Saigon. Beautiful setting in extremely convenient location. Breakfast is wonderful and has wide range of selection. A real 5 stars hotel.

Positive points: Liked the terrace cafe for coffee in the morning and the Angelica for night cap at end of day.

Review: A hotel with her amazing history. A must for those want to know something about the Hanoi history. An European style property with great facilities and services. Great breakfast, a must try for all guests. Good variety of European and Vietnamese choices. It has various high profile politician visits there. The building is old but room has been renovated. The room rate is not cheap in Vietnam but still worth it. It is even dearer than the executive room I stayed at Lotte Hanoi last visit. The latter has all the modern facilities with a shopping centre underneath.

The staff were lovely and the hotel is splendid. The location is super convenient. We warmly recommend this experience !

Positive points: We loved everything about this hotel. Stunning old world charm property in an excellent location. Staff could not do enough for us and the service was excellent. Food and beverages also amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Review: Old world charm and new world service, it has it all. The Hotel is in a perfect location for getting around on foot as well as by car. Breakfast is exceptional, the staff throughout are fantastic and the rooms are clean and nice. All round recommended.

Review: We are regular visitors at the Metropole and in general have been satisfied with the establishment. However, we experienced one on the worst experiences during our recent stay. The attitude of the staffs at the check-in counter was shocking. The way they treated and responded to us were borderline insulting, one staff even made a sarcastic joke and laughed at us as he was looking away.
To make matter worst, we left a complaint email to the hotel but received no response. We won’t be coming back there again.
