Review: 空港からホテルまで送迎があるが、Grabより遥かに高い価格を取られた。
全体的に部屋が古く、写真のイメージと違い、まず部屋に鍵をかけられないし、時計は壊れて動かないし、コンセントも壊れているし、電気はところどころつかないし、洗面台は詰まっていて流れにくいし、とにかく酷かった。10万VNDなら許せるレベルかと思った。

Positive points: This is a great place to stay in Hanoi, close to everywhere, cafes and nice restaurants just few minutes away. Comfy bed and lovely staff! Definitely gonna stay here again!

Positive points: The location is great, staff is always nice, helpful and friendly.

Negative points: There was a fairly large horizontal gap in the door of my room, through which you could see who was passing along the corridor and through which all sounds passed. Someone tried to close this gap with a paper towel, but it did not save the situation. Because of this, it was not very comfortable.

Review: 10日間308号室でお世話になりました。古いホテルです。調度はそれなりに重厚感があると言って良いかもしれません。清潔感はまあまあです。受付スタッフは大変親切です。兎に角OQの中心で、何処に行くにも便利です。
