Positive points: Modern style with lot of public open space areas. Lots of cafe & restaurants around.
Negative points:
I saw my bed was dirty with hair & some bugs twice for 3 nights I had stayed there. Pretty disappointed. Cleaning staff need to be more careful about changing the bed sheet.
The hotel has self-service laundry room but you have to pay. I don’t think I like this idea since I have to pay to do my own laundry? No thanks.
My 3 nights stay was $173 in total so almost $60/night but no breakfast included. That was quite disappointing because $60/night is cheap in the US but here in Vietnam that price value is not that cheap and you have no breakfast?
I don’t think Im gonna go back since I’m willing to pay just a bit more somewhere else to enjoy breakfast buffet, cleaner room and laundry service with helpers
Review: We stayed here for a couple of nights before heading to Sapa, it’s just right across from the train station. The hotel is clean, modern, and super convenient. The self-service laundry was a nice touch. There’s also a comfy lounge area with couches where you can wait if you arrive early, and they’ll store your luggage if you want to explore before check-in.
Positive points: Very modern, comfortable and excellent position for the station
Negative points: The building works next door. The noise continued all through the night!
Review: Very good location to rest if you’re waiting for the night train to sapa! Room was clean and well furnished. However, water pressure , was quite poor and you’ll need to lug your luggages up a small flight of stairs to access the lobby.
Positive points: Location just need to cross over to the train station departing to Sa Pa.
Negative points: Not much to shop around the area

Negative points: The staff weren’t welcoming. The rooms are very tiny and the beds are on top of each other. Big expense for breakfast not to be included.
Review: The hotel location is easily accessible to Old Quarters. Room is neat, clean and tidy. Staffs are friendly.

We had a big room for three people overlooking train station which was clean and comfortable
And convenient as we were catching the train to Ninh binh great bed

Positive points: The room was good with a comfortable bed, A/C, and overall good value for the price. Very clean and convenient location in Old Quarter. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Everyone spoke at least some English so very little trouble communicating if you don't speak Vietnamese.
Negative points: There was construction going on just outside my window. Not the hotel's fault, but it will be a little noisy (the noise stopped by about 11 pm) and unsightly until the construction is done.
