Positive points: Set on a very lively street the hotel is in a great location to be close enough to the old quarter while being far enough to have some peace. It’s in a very local area so you feel quite immersed here. The building is modern and minimalist and the rooms are nicely decorated with some artistic touches. In a chaotic city like Hanoi it’s nice to have a bit of peace at night. Clean towels, sheets, affordable laundry, toiletries provided means good value for money.

Review: The place is conveniently located in the old quarters. Great place to walk around. Rooms are done in a minimalist style with lots of natural lights the way we like it. Helpful staff at the reception. Breakfast facilities can be better though there are many eating options nearby.

Positive points: Both receptionist, the girl and Mr Hom were polite and helpful. Clean room, good location. Close to Ha Li hairsalon. Close to Muslim restaurant. Walking distances. Room is bright. Not a noisy area. Overall, a pleasant stay at Mia Casa by Satori.

Positive points: On a quiet street with many higher end restaurants. Close to train street as well. We stayed in a room that had a balcony which provided a nice view of the street below. Room was very basic but it is what we were looking for. Can't complain about this place.

Review: Good location , away from the bustling old city

Positive points: Excellent decor and architecture helped provide a lovely comfortable stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Located a bit further out from Hanoi Old Quarter so nice and quiet which we found a positive but something to consider if you’re not keen on the ~15min walk to the more popular areas. We didn’t have the breakfast as wanted to eat out so cannot comment as per other reviews.

Positive points: Great location. Very friendly helpful staff. Had the 2 bedroom suite and it was huge. Very modern and clean with 2 full size bathrooms and use of washing machine was fantastic

Positive points: The staff and the vibe of the place! Everyone is so friendly from the people at reception, to the doorman and the daily cleaning ladies. I really enjoyed the room itself also - really clean, well lit, comfortable bedding! I would stay here again just to enjoy the rooms. Location also fantastic and quiet - perfectly close to everything but not in the chaos.

Review: Overall, had a great stay. The location was perfect but still on a very quiet street. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Out of all the reviews I saw from online, I would say this is the best choice for the price!
Cons: You can hear everything that goes on in the lobby. The windows don't have any blackout curtains so the room is very bright. The breakfast never changed and was a very simple toast and egg with a fruit and yogurt situation.

Positive points: Perfectly located just outside of the busiest streets of the old town, but walkable to many key locations. Rooms were a decent size, well equipped and with hard but comfortable beds, and a small but pretty balcony to the street below.
