Positive points: Right from the start the welcome to the hotel was amazing, very helpful staff.
The room was fantastic, we had a massive bed that was extremely comfortable and the room in general was huge and very comfortable.
On arrival I wasn't very well but my partner was able to order room service at a very reasonable price and the food was good. It was a lovely place to get back on my feet after feeling so unwell.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything, we were able to walk to everywhere. I would also like to recommend a local massage place only a couple of minutes walk away called Omamori, and there was also a great restaurant, again very close, called Pizza 4p's. You need to book for both!

Positive points: Great stay here. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Had to split my reservation to include a trip to Ha Long Bay and they were so accommodating. The hotel is very attractive and clean. Nice rooftop pool and bar.

Positive points: Fantastic hotel in the Old Quarter. Great location. Walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and bars. Rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar had nice views. Complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Review: I loved my stay here. Every thing is perfect. The receptionist is very polite. I dont remember her name but i love her customer service she rendered to me and my sister during our stay. And to make it even more amazing, she actually remembered it was my sister's bday, and she wished us again on the day we check out. Definitely one of the best hotel ive stayed in. Will comsider coming back here if i return to Hanoi!
