Positive points: It was a great location but because of this, it was quite noisy. The staff were exceptional and so helpful.

Review: Located very near with St. Joseph Church and many shops. although the lobby didnt look promising, the room was quite big with complete amenities.

it will be great if they have mirror on the table for makeup purpose. there's only one mirror in the bathroom

Positive points: We had a wonderful stay at the Pilgrim Hotel. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Binh and Ms Lee! Binh was so caring and relatable, and he really looked after us. Ms Lee was always so warm and generous, offering us everything from "Happy New Year" treats and beer to expert restaurant and Ha Long Bay Tour advice (having worked on a boat there for a number of years herself)! Her generosity and kind heart made us feel very welcome at the hotel. Our room was spacious, and perfect for 3 friends, with a good fan. The location was perfect, with many delicious local food and drink joints nearby. It felt peaceful and clean, and it was a nice oasis from the loud traffic while still being in the heart of Hanoi. We loved our stay here!

Review: Mình đặt nhầm loại phòng nhưng khách sạn hỗ trợ mình siêu nhiệt tình luôn. Phòng đẹp, sạch và siêu gần trung tâm. Nhân viên ai cũng dễ thương hết. Đến cả mấy đứa trẻ con mình vừa vào phòng là nó khen đủ thứ hết. Chắc chắn 100% quay lại Hà Nội sẽ ủng hộ khách sạn tiếp.

Positive points: A great place to spend your vacation as it is near many historical buildings, lake, train street and many more. Ms Lee and co were very cooperative and guided us well along with helping us to visit different places and restaurants.

Everything was perfect, well located, when we arrived everything was ready, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, totally recommended. Mr Binh greeted us upon arrival with great kindness and gave us good advice on where to eat and where to visit, even the manager called us on the phone to welcome us and gave us two free beers to celebrate the Tet holidays. Many thanks to the team at The Pilgrim hotel.

Review: Great location if you want to explore Hanoi

Positive points: The location is great. Miss Lee and all the staff are amazing. The rooms are a decent size and the beds are comfy as are the pillows.

it is not friendly for family and children. first the owner give a promise if the room is ready earlier we can check in early. but the staff said cannot. second, my son drop a chocolate on the bed. then they charged us for 300k VND. they said, it cannot be cleaned. so becareful with this hotel.

Positive points: We enjoyed everything about this property. They gave us a room with a lovely view to the street. The city is big and kind of chaotic and the hotel is like in a hidden magical alley full of trees and other hotels and cafes. The bed was big and the attention was great. We used their laundry services and they even help us booked a car for the airport on lunar new year
