Review: friendly people but the beds are defenitely too hard and too short for most europeans 🙈🤣

Positive points: Very good to spend time before airport. Great value for money

Review: The hotel is located along the national road so expect the noise from the cars passing by. Easy for grab car pick up and drop off. The staff is so accommodating, can understand and speak english well.

No free toiletries, only 1 bottle of water is free. No elevator (more than 4 floors). Clean toilet. Clean bed. Strong internet. Easy access to lots of restaurants and food stalls. Few meters away from train station.

Not much, but this is all good for me. Thanks Memory Hotel! 😊

Review: Upsides: The hotel had faculties as expected, hot water in the shower, towels, and even a fridge. There was an extra warm blanket, which was great on a cold night. Location is great if you need to be close to the train station. The lady on reception was very sweet.

Downsides: The windows let all the street noise through, and there is traffic outside all day and night. The bed is 180 cm long, so both our feet were dangling off the bed, although we are 170 and 185 cm tall. Did not get much sleep.

Positive points: Right next to the Train Street. Comfy bed, working communication via WhatsApp.

Review: The hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance to attractions such as the Old Quarter, the Cathedral, Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Van Mieu, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, the train street, and along Trang Thi Street to the end where Trang Tien Plaza is, right by Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel owner is very cheerful and enthusiastic, helping us sisters book a new, luxurious, spacious, and comfortable airport transfer that is even cheaper than ordering a Grab. The ride from the hotel to the airport takes about 45 minutes, while when I asked Grab, it said it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Positive points: We just needed a place to shower before the night train. Booked 5 minutes before arrival and the man working there was nice.

Review: The owner is enthusiastic, the location is close to the center, near the train line, but the price is quite reasonable as I only need a place to sleep. The room is small and a bit old but still clean.

Positive points: I like the best possible location of this hotel. It was possible to extend for one night longer. Owner was very comunicative. He is positive person.

Review: We were 3 and were supposed to have a triple room. We arrived in a small room with two simple beds and a wood plank with a VERY thin mattress. The price was ok but not worth it. The location saved the rest but it is clearly a deception. For the same price, we could have had a better hotel.

Review: I had a terrible experience at Memory Hotel. Despite booking and paying for a double bed room, I was given a single bed room without any explanation or asking for my consent to change it. The staff even lied, claiming I rejected the double bed room, which is completely false since I even put on my special request to get a larger bed upon booking, which they confirm on the email. The woman who checked me in was inattentive, more focused on her phone than ensuring I received the correct room. I feel cheated and disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Positive points: Good value for money - great location

Review: The place is a bit old need renovate it. Need to clean everything very dusty but the room is okay you got what you paid for. The staff is okay friendly and helpful.

Positive points: the difficulty was about the communication and explanation, thought we relied on translation Vietnamese.
