Positive points: The value for money and the hot shower

Positive points: Good accommodation and excellent location in Hanoi. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful! They helped us with tips on where to go in the city, best shops, banks and also with booking tours. Great value!

Positive points: From the first minute when we arrived, after a long flight and journey, we were welcomed at the reception by Mimi, who made us feel extremely relaxed and comfortable, offering us welcome tea and fruits, just like a family member would welcome you. Over the next few days, Mimi helped us organize our tours, recommended great places to eat (a dimsum place we visited 4 times because of its excellent food!) and also helped with numerous other issues. She treated my elderly mother like family, even helping with our luggage and waiting for us to find a taxi to our next hotel. Thank you so very much Mimi, may you always be blessed with happiness, success and prosperity. Also, the location of the hotel is great with plenty of great food options nearby, the Cathedral too and Hoan Kiem lake is just a short walk away!

Mrs mimi was very helpful, with booking my travels, very professional, and will go out of her way to help book, train,bus, flight, excursions.......etc, and will give you the best advice, and the prices are honest. I recommend this place, even those your not staying there, mimi will help. Fresh towels, when ask, cleaners in every day, hot showers, and a lift, ac or fan is there if you need. Wonderful place, thank you all employees. ❤️

Positive points: - the manager Mai is unbelievably nice and helpful
- the location is the best: the Hoan Kiem lake, the train street and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum are all just a few minutes away
- they have an elevator which is not usual at this price range
- you can ask for a foot massage, body massage, pedicure or manicure
- they can book a trip to Ha Long or anywhere else at a reasonable price
- the bed is huge and the mattress is hard which I like

We booked our trip a bit late for the new year's time so we had just a few options but in this case this hotel is an acceptable place
