Positive points: Simple, no mosquitos, good location.
Negative points:
Have to wake up the receptionist when entering property passed 23pm.
Electricity went out on last day.
Positive points: Location was the only good thing about this place.
Negative points: Dirty, very hard mattress, room falling apart. Basic is the best I can say.
Positive points: Clean bedding and comfortable bed (maybe too hard for some but we like a firm bed)

Didn't feel clean.

Bathroom floor didn't drain well enough so floor remained wet
The main and worse point is that the manager slept in the reception area and locked the front door and middle door to the reception so this was a safety issue if you needed to leave in an emergency. We were put off popping out after 10pm aa knew it would all be locked up and we would have to wake him up!
Positive points: The staff’s friendliness and predisposition to help. Value for money and showers

Positive points: Spacious room with 3 beds. Good lighting. Heater and fan available. Friendly staffs. Spacious elevator.
Negative points:
The sockets are too high in the wall. Unless you have a long lightning cable it’s hard to charge your phone iPad.
TV is defective. No hairdryer. Floor is damaged.

Review: Nhân viên tuyệt vời với dịch vụ tuyệt hảo. Khoảng cách đi bộ đến các địa điểm tham quan du lịch gần đó và là nơi yên tĩnh để ngủ ngon vào ban đêm, khác với những nơi khác. Kết nối Wifi cũng tốt nữa.
Positive points: There was no breakfast facility. But it was OK.
Positive points: I can't rate this hotel for quality because my booking was cancelled
Negative points: my reservation was canceled a couple of hours before arriving in Hanoi. I received a message that there is an electrical problem at the hotel. I doubt the veracity of these words because many tourists have come to Hanoi these days and hotels have raised their prices a lot. The price of a room in this hotel rose from 399,000 dong to 47,000. It was important for the hotel not to miss out on benefits. Therefore, when booking this hotel there is a chance of being refused at any time.
