The Chi Boutique Hotel

Review: I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in Hanoi, and this is the hotel that gave me the worst feeling.
I checked in at midnight and told the staff not to have breakfast (even though the package included breakfast). But they still called the room at 9:30 to wake my whole family up for breakfast (breakfast is our business, I decide!). Then at 11:40 they called us to check out. I went down to the reception to pay an additional 1/2 fee of 1/2 day to stay until 18:30 the same day, then at 18:10 they called to check out, then at 6:20 they called again to push

Positive points: Very clean. Great location and surprisingly very quiet. I’m fussy about clean places and I found it to be clean for the price I paid.
The staff were honestly nice. Helpful and polite. Alex the tour operator was very helpful and patient and I would recommend this hotel for people like me who look for quality and value for money

Review: Decent stay, the room is small and is not very new. But the location is what makes it great. Super central right in the Old town and only 20m to the Catheral. Walking distance to Sword lake as well.

Positive points: The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the old quarter. However, my room was very quiet. No view, but I didn't mind. The staff were wonderful, setting up airport rides, exchanging money, and overall friendliness. The breakfast was good too. Not super fancy but it had a good variety.

Review: We stayed a night at the hotel - basically just a couple of hours, check in at close to 8pm and out by the next morning. The reception and conceirge is not helpful with luggage and upon checkout, claims that there was a missing hand towel and asked us to sign a document stating that there was a missing towel. The whole experience is not good, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Positive points: Excellent location in Old Quarters, surrounded by all cuisine restaurants. Clean and well maintained property. We had to go for an overnight trip to Halong Bay and had return transfers from Hanoi. The staff was courteous and accommodated to have our luggage stored for a night after we checked out.

Specifically want to call out Alex from the Front Office who was considerate and offered help to us when we returned to collect our bags.

Review: I travelled with my friend for 3 nights in Nov. The hotel location is quite convenient to visit popular areas, lake and the church. Hotel pickup/drop off is convenient and safe, so if prefer safe and on-time transportation between airport, I recommend this advance booking. Staffs are very quickly respond and friendly always. Thank you for making my friend’s first Hanoi stay so comfortable and happy memory.
