Review: Located strategically in the city. It is very nearby to good restaurants with just walking distance. Room size is decent, but the bathroom is kind of small with a door that can't be close tightly. Water pressure is all right.
Staff were politely and friendly.
Breakfast is just so so only, the taste really need a lots of improvement. You won't miss anything if breakfast is not included. You can easily get food or Grab food in Hanoi.

Positive points: I liked that the property was on the outskirts of the Old Quarter away from the noise. It was close but not too close. The location was better imo. Also, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Negative points: The room was fine, the size was fine, it had a window but there was no view contrary to expectation. Overall, the property was small compared to others at the same 4 star level.

Review: Là không có vòi xịt rửa đít. Tôi đã là thành viên của Accord nhiều năm nhưng Hãng vẫn kiên quyết theo kiểu Singapore là không có vòi xịt rửa đít.
Sẽ không bao giờ dùng dịch vụ của Accord nếu không cải thiện điều này.
Đây là Việt Nam và vệ sinh tối thiểu và có vòi xịt, dù là khách sạn 500-600K/ đêm đều có.
Accord hãy xem xét lại 1st Order bên mình nếu muốn có thêm khách Việt Nam.
