Review: My partner and I stayed at Rey Hotel Hanoi for 3 days and 2 nights. We arrived at Rey Hotel at 9am in the morning and they kindly offered for us to leave our luggage at the reception so that we could explore the city.nWhen we returned, we were brought to our clean and luxurious room.nnReceptionist Ngoc also went the extra mile to give us her personal mobile number in order for us to communicate any requests we had directly to her. We were also given a list of popular local attractions, places to eat and things to do.nnOverall this was a very enjoyable staynI will definitely come back again to stay! Thank you!

Positive points: Very nice staff and location

Review: The hotel is comparable to international standard. Excellent shower pressure to wash the day away. Best shower compared to the other cheaper local hotels. The only issue i have is that the hair dryer is quite weak.

Positive points: Lovely stay at REY. So close to the sites to see and shopping, food. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel restaurant Crystal Jade. The staff was so kind and accommodating

Review: We stay at this hotel because the area not too crowded like other area in old quarter. This hotel has their own lobby that's why it was perfect to drop your baggage without hurry about the traffic. The staff is really helpful and the room was quite spacious. I recommend this hotel

Review: - Bad views, view we have is backdoor of other hotelsn- Smelly roomn- They hide water bottle in toilet, have never seen a hotel doing thatn- Booked King size bed, gave us a double twin bed.n- Also requested for larger bed for other guests, but they have some reasons to not given- slow check in, still forget to take picture of our passportn- check out check, they forget their hotel have hair dryer

Positive points: good location in the city

Review: The hotel is new, clean and nicely decorated. It has a proper lobby and driveway which is hard to find in Hanoi old quarters. It was surrounded by government buildings (I guess) so it offers a quiet environment and makes us feel safe but it has limited eateries or coffee shops nearby.nRoom is not big but has a brighly litted, clean and comfortable vibe and a nice smell.nDownside is it is not near to attractions so you will need a grab ride to wherever you go. Buffet breakfast spread is too little and it is quite disappointing.

Positive points: Clean hotel and room. The garden is nice and cosy. That's all I like about the hotel.

Review: We've stayed at Rey Hotel in Hanoi twice and both experiences were excellent. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating—they kindly arranged a late check-out and provided secure luggage storage, which made my travel plans much smoother. The rooms are bright, impeccably clean, and have a fresh, pleasant scent that makes the space feel really welcoming. It’s clear that attention to detail and guest comfort is a priority here. Highly recommended!

Review: Beautiful hotel, easy to take grab, great location

Positive points: Unfortunately it is hard to find a good hotel in Hanoi. This hotel is new and has a very good combination of price and quality. I give it a 10 in the hope that the guys will maintain their level of service, you are great.

Positive points: The hotel was excellent value for money, so many hotel staff eager to help make your experience perfect on every way. The hotel was very clean, the room was very comfortable with a cute little balcony and all the amenities you would expect at a luxury hotel but with a really good price.
