Review: The hotel is within the Old Quarter so basically anything you would need is walking distance. The room is nice and cozy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Plus room rates are reasonable.

Positive points: Location is very good and staff was amazing, specially Hailey. They helped me with tours, transfers,even SIM card. Room I booked had no window but acceptable for the price. Totally recommend.

Positive points: The location was perfect and the reception team were very welcoming, helpful and kind. We had a problem with the water and the staff sorted it right away.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and the highlight was undoubtedly the outstanding hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed by the staff, especially Dulcie, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. She not only provided top-tier service but also shared fantastic recommendations for the best spots to visit, making my trip even more special.

The hotel itself was excellent—comfortable, clean, and well-maintained—but it was the warmth and kindness of the team that truly set it apart. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated like a valued guest, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Review: Wonderful
The hotel is located in the center of the old town, making it very convenient for traveling. Cars can stop right at the hotel entrance, which is convenient for those with a lot of luggage. From here, you can walk around the entire old quarter. We booked a suite with a balcony for 4 nights, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is very enthusiastic and polite. They also offer a lot of tour packages for guests. Very convenient and reasonably priced. We will return if we have the opportunity to come back to Hanoi.
