Review: Overall is okay.
Positive points: Near old town, near church
Negative points: Taxis can't drive to the hotel, which is no problem, except if you are seeing collected by an unpunctual driver, then you have to wait at the main road

Positive points: Lovely location in a wonderful neighborhood. Plenty of vegetarian options.

Review: Very nice hotel! Not in a really nice location! This hotel is not accessible by car, road looks like just an alley. Staff are very nice and accommodating! If you’re not picky about the place it’s near the chapel and good restaurants.
Positive points:
Amazing location, right around the corner from St. Joseph cathedral, quite littl street however you can hear the church bells. Easy walking distance to the old quarter with all its restaurants, bars, shops, bia hoi places etc. good breakfast - both Vietnamese (pho!=) and western

Negative points: some rooms in the lower floors are a bit dark
Review: The location is perfect where near the tourist spot, you can go the night market besides the lake by walk. The service from front desk is excellent, all the staff are friendly and helpful! Love it! Recommended!
Positive points: Spacious rooms, lovedddd the view of the dark church outside, staff were very accommodating, free umbrellas to use when it rains, gym was small with some weights but has aircon to keep it cool, they let us use the showers after checkout too, great location to walk around to everything.
Negative points: The church bells on Sunday start at 4:30AM till 10PM, and will ring every 1-2 hours because they have multiple mass sessions. They are super loud if you're a light sleeper!
Review: Convenient location, the friendliest staff is the security guard. The room is cozy, clean, and there are many shops nearby that I would revisit if I'm in Hanoi again.
Positive points: The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Also very clean. Perfect location , Close to everything. Staff were so incredible! After check out, they let us leave luggage at the lobby, and also let us use the bathroom for a shower at the end of the day (after check out also) which was amazing as we were going on a night sleeper bus.
Negative points: This is more to do with the location and the day we stayed - church bells were ringing all day on Sunday and unfortunately it could be heard. However I don't think there's any hotel in the old quarter that wouldn't have this issue. If you want the old quarter, it comes with the busy-ness and noise.

Positive points: It was fantastic! Such good value for money and an overall wonderful experience. 24/hr check in was also really helpful as we arrived at 1am and there were staff waiting for us.
Negative points: Nothing, it was great! Although laundry is very expensive there so make sure to check the price list!
Review: My family has a trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi, learned about the hotel through Agoda, the service is very good, definitely worth coming back.
Positive points: Room was clean and a good size. Shower was good. Doorman was very friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic, right in the heart of things. Staff upgraded us to a larger room without us asking for it.
Negative points:
We booked a room with a "patio" and "inside courtyard view" (see photo). We received a room with a window onto a brick wall that received absolutely no natural light. We were unable to tell if it was 4am, 9am or 12pm. It was constantly dark. The second photo is of the room at lunchtime.
When we complained to the receptionist,we were told that we should not complain because we booked the cheapest room and had received an upgrade to a superior room. That is beside the point - we specifically wanted a room with an outdoor space, and were misled into booking this hotel.
Another gripe is that soundproofing to the corridor is non existent - be prepared to hear every little conversation, door open or lift being summoned outside your room.

Situated right in Old Quarter and St. Joseph’s cathedral is just a short walk away.
The staff are very nice and polite,5/5 rating for me especially the uncle at the door.
The room consists of the bedroom and a bathroom,quite small but does the job since it was only used for sleeping.
I would highly recommend it to fellow travellers.
