Hanoi Stella Hotel

Review: My wife a d I stayed at this hotel for one night during our transfer. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. They answer every questions that you may have and would go above and beyond to help you. We definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Positive points: Great location (close to Hanoi main spots, especially opposite the bus stop for Bus to the airport), helpful staff, cleanliness.

Review: It is near the lake. When we arrived, they served complimentary tea. We had a good sleep. The breakfast was great, the pho was really good. I hope they will improve on the drainage of the shower in the bathroom. Nonetheless, everything was good.

Review: A wonderful quiet little hotel in Hanoi's old quarter close to most of the city's main tourist locations. Has very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a provides a tasty breakfast. Would definitely recommend it.

Review: The rooms were not like as shown in the pictures. The rooms and toilets was very dirty and dusty as there we spider on the bed, cockroaches on the floor and lizard in the room.

Positive points: Location and staff were excellent. Though we were on the first floor, outside noise didn’t bother us and we slept soundly.

Review: Clean, decent and affordable place to stay in Hanoi.

Positive points: Breakfast area - the sitting area was small and menu was limited but enough that we found something, my 10 year old had eggs that were ready made by a wonderfully friendly cook. There was toast and coffee, pho, made to order eggs, salad and water/ watermelon juice.
Staff - very kind and willing to help. The cleaners and cook were nice as well.
Room - large and spacious with 2 double beds. The mattresses were foamy and hard to sleep- some may like this type though. We had a balcony with 2 little chairs and plants to make it more pleasant. It was tidied when asked with clean sheets and towels.
Area- we were there for New Years and it was a perfect location to get downtown and back with ease.
Wifi & TV - there was basis cable and there were a few English programs available. Internet was solid as well.

Positive points: Staff were very friendly, very helpful, especially Lily she helped me book 2 excursions which were very very good and good value

Positive points: The property is beside the no 86 bus to airport and is in walking distance to all the attractions in the old town .The front line receptionist Lily,Lien and Kelvin who spoke great english were brilliant.
Lily organised trips to Ha.long Bay and Ning Bing for me .The room was lovely and a special thank you to the chef who came in early to cook breakfast which was lovely when leaving early on day trips .Thank you also to the cleaning staff who made the room so clean .

Positive points: Great location, super comfortable beds, extremely helpful staff, 24 h service.

Review: The hotel is right by the lake, in the old town section, making it very convenient for dining and getting around. The facilities are clean and friendly. The breakfast pho is very delicious, comparable to what you eat at Ly Quoc Su. I will definitely come back.
