Review: Great hotel, wonderful staff, very comfortable beds, well accommodated rooms. Japanese toilets. If we opted for them over walking Grabs anywhere cost between 1-2 USD.

My only issue with our room was the design of the shower/bath. Water temp and pressure was wonderful. The tub however, was designed with a “lip” that sits higher than the tiled enclosure surrounding it. Because of this, shower water naturally collects, pools, and overflows directly to the bathroom floor from around the tub as there is nowhere else for this water to “drain”. Our bathroom had constant standing water after showering each day. There is a drain in a corner of the bathroom floor under the sink, but the floor is not designed to encourage the water to flow toward it. Our only solution was to use every towel, washcloth, bathmat, and hand towel each day to sop up as much water as we could but a lot of water still remained and we had to wear slippers (flip flops) in the bathroom at all times so as to not slip and fall (or we walked on saturated towels). After daily housekeeping, it would be cleaned and dried, but it only took one showering to have standing water across the whole of the bathroom floor.
This inconvenience aside - everything else was wonderful and we are opting to stay another 7 days when we return from our northern travels outside of Hanoi.

Positive points: I come to Hanoi often and this is definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed at. I like everything about it. The facilities are excellent. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Great bar. And of course the staff are amazing. Price is quite affordable as well.

Review: The hotel is 10/10. The staff are really friendly and i like that they contacted my throw whatsapp to check if i needed anything everyday.
The bed is super comfortable and clean and the hotel is located in a quiet area away from the noise of the old quarter but still within a walking distance from the lake

Review: The young Staff is very energetic & friendly. The hotel is clean. I like the WhatsApp option for communicating. the response is almost instantly. I would stay here again and would recommend if anyone prefer a boutique small environment.

Positive points: Fantastic hotel. The staff is so kind and helpful, we really appreciated their warm welcome. The room was spacious and well decorated, very comfy. Great location. Plenty of facilities : spa, pool, fitness, self service laundry etc.

Review: Pros: spacious room, nice amenities (free laundry, pool/sauna), and modern/well kept, easy walking to tourist attractions in old quarter

Con: only issue was that our airport pickup was confirmed by the hotel but no driver showed up at the airport, we waited an hour after calling/messaging the hotel without a response, then ended up getting a Grab which was easy - just avoid the people approaching you at the airport and book a ride through the Grab app

Positive points: The facilities were beyond my expectations. The whole hotel was very well equipped with even an underground swimming pool and meeting facilities.
Love the spacious room we were assigned, truly worth the money.

Positive points: Breakfast was great. They have watermelon juice that's good and chefs made really good omelettes. When I needed ice a few times for beverages in my room they filled up my bucket and one time even brought it to the room.

Review: Most of the things are good. The room is clean and spacious. The only thing needs to be improved is the bathroom. The floor gets wet easily after shower or hand washing. Still recommending this place though.
