Review: The rooms are clean, close to the center, convenient for travel. The staff is very enthusiastic I had an errand and checked out late at 3 PM, only paying an additional 90,000 VND. Overall, I am very satisfied and will return if I have the opportunity.

Positive points: It was a decent stay, and near to Hanoi City center. Staffs were very accomodative and price were reasonable.

Negative points: It was opposite side of old quarters, but walkable distance.

Positive points: The room is quite cozy and the bed is soft. There is also an air conditioner, a water heater and bath tub. It's quite worth the price.

Negative points: The location is hard to find and there's no breakfast or any welcome drink or snack. The water heater made the water too hot sometimes.

Review: We had a layover in Hanoi for only several hours, and this hotel was a perfect choice. It’s near the old quarter though not actually on a riverside. The neighborhood is quiet compared to old quarter so we could sleep well. The room is very big and hot water is plenty.

Positive points: Free toiletries. Lift. Nice receptionist. Spacious room.

Negative points: Bed was basically broken. Very, very uncomfortable. Bathroom door didn’t close. Weird decor.

It is worth the price in Hanoi though.

Positive points: Walking distance for center and old town.
Staff is helpful and nice.
Room is clean.
Good value for money.

Negative points: Walls are thin, it makes the room quite loud. But not to the point of being annoying.
No facilities beside the room (no restaurant, no pool...).
No coffee or water is offered with the room.
