Positive points: Clean and comfortable

Review: In the middle of shoe street. A strategic location to be based in to explore old quarters. It's a 5 minutes walk from HK Open Tour bus office and about 8 minutes from Giang, the famous egg coffee place. The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Jenny. I thought the hotel took service up a notch when they gave out not only a map but a printed list of suggested eateries and places to visit.

Positive points: From the moment we arrived the staff were so lovely, kind and attentive .
The room was lovely, overlooking the Main Street. The beds were comfortable and spotlessly clean. The shower was good.
Great cocktails in the rooftop bar, and if you’re lucky you might get Peter singing.
Great location in the old town, close to the lake. We took a cycle tuk tuk and enjoyed it so much we did another early evening. The traffic is just bonkers but you get good advice from the hotel how to deal with crossing the roads 😂. I loved Hanoi, I loved the location of this hotel. For me the staff make the experience special. So if you considering staying in Hanoi in the old town , scroll no more this is perfect.

Review: Great location, In the centre of the old quarter. Everything is within walking distance. Staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean. No windows but that is normal here in Hanoi old quarter. There is a hotel spa and a sky bar to relax in after a day of adventures. The breakfast buffet is small but everything that you want from a breakfast buffet is available and you can order off the breakfast menu if you would like something more. All in all loved my stay here and would recommend.

Positive points: Location was great. Right in the lake and walking distance to everything. Staff were friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Shower was great and beds comfortable. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip.

Positive points: The staff was very hospitable and tended to our needs. The rooms on the front of the hotel were nicest. The rooms in the middle are small and Stuffy. The location is good if you want to be in the center of old Hanoi.

Positive points: Ample space with window/ verandah view of the old quarter. Bed and pillow is confortable. Basic amenities available. Smart TV where you can cast from your phone. Good amount of plug points. Hot shower (without a tub which is good). available all day and fast too. Elevator available. CCTVs for security. Breakfast buffet with some things made to order (was good but with limited options) on 8th floor which uses stairs to get to (you can have breakfast alfresco and check the view of the lake)

Review: The hotel staff are super welcoming and friendly. Location is also great, walkable to many nice cafes as well as the Hoan Kiem lake. Many great food options around as well. Highly recommend!

Positive points: Was wonderful and the staff were excellent and very helpful and polite. Couldn't be better! They helped with bags, arranging transfers and allowed us to leave our bags when we disappeared out all day even after we had checked out
