Grand Cititel Hanoi Hotel & Spa

Review: Hotel is tucked in a narrow alleyway between 2 buildings and not visible from the main road. Stayed only 1 night. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Room is clean & comfortable. However, amenities such as laundry bag are chargeable.

Positive points: Modern, very clean and cozy.

Review: 1. Gave early checkin after 1 hour wait even paid extra for early checkin and mentioning multiple times.
2.No welcome drinks as mentioned in booking,even I have to ask them for water.
3. Hotel inside a street,No view at all even for city view
4. Lack option for veg people
5. No jet in toilets
6. Staff is good,took care of luggage after chckout

Review: We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable and the bed linen is good quality. We had breakfast every day and it was very good with lots of choice. There are choices for both Western and Asian tastes including cereal, bread and croissant,rice, fried vegetables, congee and noodles. Eggs and omelette are also made to order.
The best part of the hotel is the staff. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. The hotel is situated on a tree lined road in the old French Quarter so it is easy to walk the neighbourhood and discover all the small side streets, parks and small cafés. Hoan Kiem lake is just an easy 5-20 minute walk and a lovely area to go for a walk, dinner or onto the night market at the weekend. I hope I get to say at the Grand Cititel Hanoi Hotel and Spa again one day soon on my next trip to Hanoi.

Review: Surprisingly modern for a hotel in Old Quarter Ha Noi, at a very reasonable price. I have a spacious room which is also a rare feature in Hanoi. Just wish there are more hook to hang towels and shelves in the bathroom for toiletries kit. Breakfast however is very basic.
But overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel considering its reasonably price and location.

Positive points: Exceptional welcome at Reception. The room was spotless, best shower I've had in Vietnam. Location is excellent and close to main attractions.

Positive points: So conveniently close, quiet and walkable to many attractions. Comfortable and clean bedding and good shower pressure. Lots of variety in the daily breakfast which has some different selections every day during our 3 night stay. Offered good recommendations to attractions and local cuisine. Professional, friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to make my birthday stay a memorable experience.
