Review: This hotel claims to be 4 star, but it isn't really. It needs a major upgrade to reach that standard. Staff, with the exception of a couple of reception staff and the hotel driver, speak almost no English. So it takes a lot of repetition to be sure you are understood. Lots of patience required. But for location, value for money and cleanliness, it is outstanding. Ms Chi and Mr Thanh on reception were very helpful. And the driver, Mr Ngoc, was excellent.

We booked for 3 pax and a Executive suite, probably the worst suite ever in the World. No windows and dark and dingy room converted to a room and called a suite.
I don't normally put any comments but this one was not worth the money for sure.
Never ever booking this hotel again

Review: At first, I accidentally registered for the wrong date and made a payment on Agoda but didn't know how to cancel and couldn't get a refund. At that time, I thought I had lost my money, but when I called the hotel for support, I encountered a very enthusiastic assistant named Le Huong who guided me and helped me contact Agoda to change the date without any additional fees. I rate the attitude of the consultants as excellent.
