Negative points: i paid online full amount and deduct from my bank.
but when i arrived hotel they said the payment not yet done and you have to pay cash.
so i paid cash. one week i follow up with hotel they said not yet received. once i back to bank they confirmed that hotel received the payment. i sent many communications there is no reply from hotel side

Positive points: The service was decent.

Negative points: It was very noisy, making it hard to sleep. The first night in particular, the room opposite us (which seemed to be rented out on a permanent basis) was making lots of noise until 2 am and then again at 7am. This meant we only got 5 hours sleep. They then moved us to the bottom floor, which was better but still noisy. The other aspects of the hotel was okay but nothing special. If you want to go, I recommend avoiding the top floor and bottom floor rooms.

Review: The first bad impression that girl from reception slept on the sofa. I have to wake her up. So terrible. The next day no clean the room. The second day ask reception to clean our room, they still do nothing until we came back at midnight. We called the manager and he said he will do something but no response from him until now. very bad impression and no coming back again for sure. We stayed on Dec27-29, 2024.

Positive points: Great location. Was really easy to walk to all the main places in Hanoi. The girl at reception was so lovely and helpful!

Negative points: My room didn’t have a window and that wasn’t stipulated at the time of booking

Phòng rộng rãi, đầy đủ tiện nghi, giường êm ái giúp tôi có giấc ngủ ngon. Nhân viên vô cùng thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ mọi nhu cầu của khách. Vị trí khách sạn thuận tiện, dễ dàng di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan. Đặc biệt, bữa sáng đa dạng và ngon miệng. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây khi có cơ hội
