Serenity Villa Hotel Hanoi

Review: This is a great location, in the heart of the city. Walking distance from the cathedral, lake, beer street, night market, etc.

We booked 3 rooms, couple for each room. We were given a spacious room, I was told we were upgraded, although 1 room was a family room (2 beds) without bathtub. The other bed was actually useless for us but I think that's the only other large room available.

They can arrange airport transfer at a very reasonable price.

But you need to walk from the main street because the street to the hotel itself is very small, only motorcycles can fit. The plus side there is you'll be able to pass by a Banh Mi stall :)

I give it a 4.5 star overall :)

Positive points: Good location and very comfortable and clean room. The food of the breakfast is so simple.

Positive points: Very friendly staff. Room size was good. Breakfast items were limited, but they obliged my request for an omlette. Room was cleaned promptly. Very close to major tourist spots in old quarters

Review: Facility is good but need some improvement in terms of bathroom shower area. Space is narrow and water flow was very slow.

Positive points: Location and staff (Hao was very friendly since before our arrival, helping with the tours and how to commute in the city)

Rooms are cleaned daily, with two bottles of water replenished.

Breakfast is simple, but satisfying and very tasty! The lady who serves breakfast is wonderful, very kind 🥰

They were very attentive regarding the transfer and check in at dawn.

Review: Far from the center but the room is big and clean. Though the walkway going out is narrow.

Positive points: The location is excellent. Right in old quarter, everything is within walking distance. The view from our room was amazing.

Positive points: The location is good which is inside the Old town. The breakfast was not much special but we good the penthouse room that we could enjoy the fireworks from our room beautifully.

Review: Second time I have stayed. Good value for Hanoi as have stayed in a few not so good ones.Everything fine. Good location tucked down an alley. Room has windows! Small breakfast but ok. Hot water, good air conditioning.

Positive points: Location is strategic and the reception was open even at dawn

Review: We had a hard time finding the property because of the location which is on small shady lane. The road to hotel is all broken with pot holes making luggage pulling a task. While entering the hotel seeing us struggling with the luggage the hotel staff at the reception didn’t bother of offer help. It was at last on requesting he came forward to help with just one small bag. The stay was below our expectation and amount we paid didn’t justify the service and experience we had.

Positive points: Great staff and central location.
