Review: Great hotel with good staff that responded to my request. Good location with food shops around and 5 min drive to other places attractions
Overall value for money for a few nights

Positive points: The installation have been quick,
The owner didn't asked me to put a review (pretty rare in Hanoi)
the room was clean, spacious and comfy,
I've changed my hotel every day during 1w, for a budget around 30 to 70aud
for 50aud this one was the best.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Location superb, in the Old Quarter, close to everything.

My room has a balcony, about 40cm wide. So not that usable, but I do have a nice view of St. Josephs Cathedral and the surrounds.

The property has a lift and the room does come with a safe.

The floor is a little aged now, but honestly, it's a nice place to stay.

Positive points: The room was so beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfortable and soft ( a rarity in Vietnam ) . The hotel was in a busy area but down an alley , so the room was silent and completely dark. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

The staff were really sweet. They don’t have much English , but as long as you have Google translate it’s fine .

I would also say , they have a lovely rooftop terrace which they don’t promote enough .

Would highly recommend.

Review: Even though the staff doesn’t really speak English but they always try to answer dan gives the best service. Room was clear and amenities were complete. Even got upgraded twice because the room i was supposed to be in is in a bad condition due to prev cust was drunk.

Review: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. However, I found the hot water in the bath to be inconsistent, which was a bit frustrating. Also, the curtains were not blackout, so light would come in earlier than expected. On the positive side, the location is great—it's quiet, and you won't hear the noise from the busy streets nearby. Plus, there’s a fantastic congee spot just outside the alley, which was a highlight of the stay. With a few improvements, this place would be perfect!
