La Sinfonia Majesty Hotel and Spa

Review: e had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel with our family. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. They even packed us breakfast for an early tour! From booking to check-out, communication was prompt and easy. The hotel also helped us arrange taxis and local tours, making our visit even more relaxed and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return!

Positive points: I’ve never stayed in an internal hotel room without a window before (they’re not allowed in my country), but for a short 5-day stay, it was fine, especially since I was working most of the time. The staff were fantastic—particularly attentive and excellent hosts, making sure I had everything I needed. The rooftop bar had spectacular views and great drink specials, with a fantastic music and vibe. The location was central, and both the breakfast buffet and dinner were excellent. And I took advantage of the in-house spa and got two massages, which was quite the luxury. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Positive points: The decor and furnishings were good and the location excellent. The rooms (windowless) were quiet and and comfortable. It was especially pleasant in the restaurant and bar - bright with lots of glass and views.
The staff were lovely - helpful, efficient and enthusiastic. If we return to Hanoi we will definitely stay here.

Review: Although room provided to me was without window but staff were very polite and try to provide better service. They also helped to get taxi as I have to walk to main road.

Positive points: Apart from location and confort, I believe it’s the staff that make this hotel truly special. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. ❤️❤️❤️
