Positive points: The area was nice and the room was clean and large with a balcony looking out on to one of the cleaner streets in that area

Review: We stayed there for 2 nights. We arrived early but they stick to the check in time inspite of few people checked out when we came. Also the staff was not co-operative at all. For everything we asked help they said no. We had to find out own solution. The only good thing about the hotel is its location. Dont expect much. Do not recommend. There are many other good hotels in old quarter please ckeck for that.

Review: Phoenix Legend Hotel has a very beautiful location, close to tourist attractions such as Hoan Kiem Lake, Hoa Lo Prison, Hanoi Opera House... Delicious hidden restaurant spots like Pho 10 Ly Quoc Su, Pho Nguyet, Dak Kim Bun Cha, Trang Tien Ice Cream, Giang Coffee, People's Coffee... However, the infrastructure has somewhat deteriorated. In summary, this is an ideal tourist exploration accommodation. Overall rating: 8.5 points.

Positive points: Good location and clean room.Not luxury, but fine enough.Breakfest around the corner in other hotel,but lot of fruits and possibillity to order eggs and other stul from menu.

Review: Proximity location and Budget wise choice.

Positive points: The staff here are so kind and friendly, everyone I spoke to on reception had great English and was so nice. The maids were really lovely too. The room is a great size, and surprisingly very quiet, the only other noise was when the other rooms on the same floor were in the corridor (only a couple of rooms per floor so this wasn't much). Breakfast is at another hotel just around the corner, has a good selection. I would definitely stay here again.

Review: Nice old fashion hotel

Positive points: Rooms are spacious with beautiful furniture. Everything felt clean and tidy. Staff were extremely friendly.

Review: We were there only for 1 night so let it be otherwise would have definitely changed the hotel. Spacious rooms but in bad condition, bathroom latches not working and mosquitos in some rooms. For breakfast we had to go to their other phoenix hotel nearby.

Positive points: Our visit was brief, yet we rate the hotel as satisfactory. The staff is friendly and speaks good English. The accommodation is extremely huge, and the location is ideal.

Review: I have stayed here before. The location is great, but make sure everything is working. I had problems with WiFi and TV. Good value as a budget hotel.
