Review: Everything is good except that one of the massage therapists was not professional nor skilful. She used one hand to do the massage throughout the entire session and the other hand to play on her mobile phone. Her massage skill was not very good too.

All of the therapists insisted us to paying them tips and would not let us go despite we were not totally satisfied. Terrible experience…

Positive points: We spent 4 nights in La Passion Premium Cau Go Hotel and fully enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for an accommodation in the Old Town of Hanoi, walking distance from the main attractions of the Old Town and the French Quarter, it is a perfect option.
The hotel is new and looks great, our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was fine, the mattress is rather soft. Our room did not face the street, so we cannot complain to disturbing loud noises from the street. However, sometimes some other guests were quite loud in the lobby and/or the corridor, which we could fully hear but it disturbed us only for a couple of minutes, until they entered their own rooms.

Review: The staff is very kind and gentle have a very good service mind . The location is easy to go to the important landmark.

Positive points: Lovely staff, surprisingly quiet given the very central location, cocktail bar on the roof with an amazing view of the lake, clean and comfortable.

Positive points: The hotel was really nice. We enjoyed the our suite with the city view. The room was very spacious and clean. My spouse had one of the best night rest. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and staff are very helpful. We actually came back and booked another night.

Positive points: Was very fancy and the staff were always lovely and helpful. Netflix on the tv was very nice to relax to. The room lighting and furnishings were also great. As was the shower didn’t run out of hot water like most other hotels

Location - so close to the lake, bustling with life all around
Price - alittle steep considering the lack of facilities. But overall experience has been good for me.

Will I return to stay, I’ll say yes. Hopefully the team can keep up their service standards.

Review: The hotel is situated at near the market. You can easily experience night life and amazing coffee. It's a heaven for coffee lovers!!
