Blue Hanoi Inn Hotel

Review: Considering the price and location, Blue Hanoi Inn Hotel is an okay place to stay in Hanoi. The hotel offers comfortable beds, good water pressure, and friendly front desk staff. It's also conveniently located on a quiet road, away from the noise of traffic.

However, there are some drawbacks. The Wi-Fi can be slow, and the water heater is a bit tricky to adjust to the right temperature. Additionally, noise can be an issue, even on higher floors. I stayed on the 4th floor and was disturbed by a loud mechanical noise early in the morning.

My room was on a lower level with a small window and no view, which made it feel a bit cramped. If you prefer a room with a view, it's best to request one on a higher floor.

Positive points: Nancy and Sophia at reception was so helpful! The rooms were spacious and clean, location was amazing, there’s water at reception and they can help organise cars for you. Highly recommend!

Positive points: Lucie was very kind helped me to book all my Day trips, gave me all the information I need, made my journey very easy and comfortable, Sofia also was very friendly and kind, the room was very clean and very calm although the hotel is in the old quarter. If I am back to Hanoi definitely I will stay there again.

Review: The location is excellent. As soon as you step out of the hotel premises, you’ll find a variety of eateries. Walk a little further, and you’ll come across a church, convenience stores, fast food outlets, and souvenir shops. Limousines and vans can stop right in front of the hotel to pick up or drop off guests.

Ms. Nancy and the rest of the staff are very helpful, easy to communicate with, and approachable.

The room is very spacious, with complete toiletries except for conditioner, and slippers are provided. The water dispenser in the lobby is a nice bonus.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, but since there are plenty of stores nearby, we don’t see it as a drawback.

Positive points: Great location on a quieter street but close to everything. Really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean, comfortable and looked like the pictures.

Positive points: The location was excellent. The neighborhood was really nice, clean, quiet, and close to everything. The room was quiet, you could not hear any street noise. The front desk had someone 24/7, they had an elevator to my room on 7th floor (standard room). This was my favorite place out of four different hotels so far this trip. I have 3 days left and went to another hotel and regretted it after first night away. I missed this place! I might abandon the other hotel and expense of it to return here for my last night in Hanoi. Plus with this location you can get a Grab taxi easily and have easy exit out of neighborhood to the airport. It’s a safe area.I highly recommend this place.
