Review: Had a 2 night stay in Silk Path boutique hotel with my family. The rooms were big and comfortable. Staff were very polite and always eager to help. I want to thank the reception and housekeeping for informing me on my item left behind and promptly shipped to me. Thank you so much for your exceptional service.

Positive points: There was good communication with the hotel to arrange transfers from the airport, and the check-in process was straightforward. The rooms were good, and bigger than we expected. The building itself is typical of the type, long and narrow, and as a result the rooms are rectangular, rather than square, but that doesn't take away from them.

The location was excellent - easy walking distance from the French quarter and the old quarter. We were delighted to be right next to the lake, and in the heart of Hanoi.

Review: This hotel is right next to Hoan Kiem Lake, which made it easy to enjoy peaceful walks around the lake in the morning and evening. There are plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, and the weekend events around the lake were a lot of fun.

I traveled with my elderly mother, so I had some concerns, but the hotel staff made everything so comfortable for us. Everyone was kind, but I especially want to thank Thuy Nguyen for her exceptional help. Thanks to her and the whole team, we had a wonderful stay!

Review: The toilet in our room broke down twice. The Air conditioning and circulation could also be drastically improved, which is important given that the 'internal facing' windows of the room meant that the room was facing a .blank wall (this is not clear in the online room descriptions). Overall, the hotel could improve. Positives were a good breakfast and wonderful staff.

Positive points: Perfect location out of the hustle & bustle of old quarter, but a very easy 10 min walk in. Stepping out onto the peaceful lake where locals gather and exercise was just divine. The room was spacious, aesthetic, and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly, always welcoming us back warmly.

Review: Perfect hotel if you’re a tourist after seeing the main sights. Super close to the action without being subject to noise. Staff super friendly and helpful and rooms very spacious. If I return to Hanoi I’ll certainly look to rebook at the Silk Path Boutique

Review: I've stayed at this property overnight with a late check so can't really say much. Staff are very nice, room with good facilities kept to high standard. Very clean.
No window in the room put me off. I can't stand the idea of no daylight.
