Review: The hotel is aged and can be seeen through its dated furnitures. Overall the cleanliness is beyond our expectation and we had one night layover before sapa trip. Very nice host. Would recommend anyone including family with young children

Review: The location is Fantastic. The staff was prompt. The room is cute and gives the Hanoi old quarter vibes. Offered me a late check in as well. They don’t serve breakfast. Overall a pleasant experience for sure.

Review: Close to everything but the hotel is quite dated. Very cramp lobby and no F & B facilities. The spa looked very undesirable. Service from staff was good.

Positive points: Location is very close to old quarter, staffs were very helpful and friendly.

Negative points: The room is old, or the bulding in general. We stayed in deluxe room and it is not too bad for 2 people, however it feels so cramp and small. We also noticed there were bunch of insects on our vanity.

Positive points: Good place to stay and see the city by walking. Close to the old town area .Freindly staff will book trips and taxis for very reasonable rates.

Negative points: No breakfast but it easy to get nearby.
