Review: The location is a tad bit outside of tourist hub in Phố Cổ HN, however, you can use drive-hailing apps available in Vietnam such as Grab, Be or Xanh SM to book a car going to Phố Cổ, the fare is pretty cheap cuz it's not that far out. The rooms' decor and space is different from one to another. We booked 2 rooms, same type, but one room is bigger than the other, and in terms of furnish, one looks more modern than the other. We only stayed there one night and flew out to Saigon next morning so in our case, we were happy with the service, room quality, location and the price.

Negative points: hot water didn’t work several nights, we were right next to very busy main road that was very loud and hard to sleep near

Very nice and respectful.
Very nice shower.
Clean and comfortable. Bed. Blanket and pillows are so good.
Highly recommended.

Negative points: They don’t have safety box which is important.
