Positive points: The location was great. It’s close to the Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. Though there are better options the Old Quarter.

Review: Suitable for backpackers and couples but not for families with kids.

Positive points: We had to stay in the area for one night, so location was important. It is directly opposite the Opera House. The staff were kind enough to allow us an early morning check-out.

Review: A bit costly if we compare with other areas of Vietnam but as it in the city centre of Hanoi, it deserves to be priced higher. Staff was helpful. But a big negative we faced was that the balcony's gate was broken and couldn't be locked which made us much insecure during our stay.

I get free wake up call at 430am every morning by rooster singing. And evening free karaoke till 11pm. Great hotel. Room size is ok. Thanks

Positive points: Walking distance to restaurants, old quarter and lake.

Review: Not sure if the problem is with Agoda or their property, We booked through Agoda and got confirmation, 2 pm check in and 12 noon co for the next day, but then upon arrival, we were informed that the payment for the agoda is for the system (not sure what system she was referring to haha) so we must pay the property value amounting to 375k vnd, since we were tired from out Halong Bay Tour and it was already late, we nust paid it.


Upon check out, the lady checked the room and made us pay the bottled water, cok and noodles (where we found it odd considering that in our 2 weeks of travelling vietnam, what was provided in the room especially water is free (but maybe partly our fault) we did not have time to check on their rules🫣

Positive points: The room was small, but it felt incredibly cosy. I stopped by this place and stayed here for the night and it was worth the price.
Also, the place is in the central location which makes it a great choice for tourists

Review: Advertised with cheap price but it is for 2 hours stay only. Have to pay additional money at the reception.
