Review: The room is kinda ok but there is no 24/7 staff available. The room set up is a little bit scary since the Bathroom has an open ceiling. No refrigerator to store some drinks at least

Review: Good location and room. The hotel is very near to the Hanoi cathedral where lots of resto and food you can enjoy. I wish there is only an elevator but overall, this is a good hotel and cleanliness and comfort is its forte. Thanks for the free water everyday.

Positive points: The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It has mini fridge, tv, heater, hair dryer, electric kettle, mugs, towel, and free toiletries! The staffs are very polite and helpful. On top of that, great location! It’s in old quarter but not the chaotic side of it. It’s also very close to St. Joseph Cathedral. Lastly, i like how it is reasonably priced. Very very worth it! You won’t get this kind of service with a cheap price in most countries.

Review: We had a great stay on February 2025. Staff were very friendly. We booked other nights after our first stay. I must say the location is exceptional, being in old quarter but in addition it is located on a quiet street that is unaccessible to cars. Small street 12-15ft wide. When you need to rest in the day (often international tourist do), it's a solid advantage compared to larger streets with more traffic. Recommended.

Positive points: We have a family room with spacious balcony on the 5th floor. The room was big and bright. The furniture was older, beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was smaller. But the room have everything, that was escribed. Even TV with youtube :-) Location is great, it is in quiet alley, but close to all restaurants. Does not have an elevator, but for us, that was not a problem.

Positive points: The location was very central but surprisingly quiet. Loved being so close to the church and hearing the bells.
The team running this hotel were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Had all we needed, comfy beds, air con, good bathroom with plenty of hot water.

Review: We stayed in Mellow Hotel which is located a floor above a cozy cafe. The room was spacious for 4 people and bathroom was modern and clean. Very good location and near famous spots and restaurants.

Positive points: Great location and we had a room on the 4th floor, which was large and bright. It was quieter than you'd think being so close to the Big Church.

Review: We just stay for a night to leave our luggage And refreshen for a super early arrival in hanoi… we Need to transfer in other hotel since hot And cold shower is not working… weather now is not a joke… My child is uncomfortable for the cold shower…
