Positive points: Location was pretty nice. Staff were friendly and smiling.

Review: Didn't clean the room and make the beds despite requesting cleaning staff to do so. No breakfast despite hotel indicating breakfast is included. You are not getting what you are promised. No solution from staff.

Positive points: Nothing. Never make reservation

Review: Booked a 40sqm room but got a small room with a smell, moldy curtains, and found a cockroach in the tissue box. Ended up checking out on the same day.

Review: The hotel is run down. My room was on a floor with peeling walls and there was no remote for the TV or air conditioning.

Positive points: Manager is very rude. She said “dont talk too much” when i seek clarification on payment on booking.com. All i wanted to ensure is booking.com is not charging me & i pay to hotel again. Instead of explaining to me, she said “dont talk too much”. Very unprofessional in front of her junior staff and i am a customer at the hotel.

Review: Room was clean with helpful and friendly staffs. However the wifi was so slow, I had to use my phone data all the time. Bathroom was okay with bathtub, but water was only hot in the daytime or late night due to the amount of customers staying. Shower is pretty slow and weak, but it’s okay and worth of the price I paid.

Review: Overall the whole experience is good. Location is not too close to the old market but still nearby. And it is on the outside street so more easy to call car and notice it.
Only a little pity is that the room is not large as what we expected.

Review: The bathroom is large, water pressure is good and hot water comes out well.
The air conditioner works well.
The bed is not bad, and it is good to clean it every day.
But the refrigerator is not cool.
Sometimes the bellboy opens the door.
You can also communicate in English at the reception.
Breakfast is not delicious, but it is good to eat.
Location is good. It is close to Hoan Kiem Lake and to the north is also close to the beer street.
Egg coffee is recommended from the giang caffe near the hotel.

Review: This is the best location hotel in Hanoi I have stayed. Reasonable price, good breakfast and specially have car parking which difficult to find in central of Hanoi. The room is bigger than other hotel. Overall very satisfied. Will come Back and stay here soon.
