Review: This hotel was wonderful. Great location, amazing staff, excellent breakfast buffet (soooo many options), and maybe the comfiest hotel bed I've ever slept in.

Positive points: The level of service is exceptional. The best I have received anywhere in the world. The hotel staff make you feel welcome and want to ensure that your stay is everything that you wish for. They are always helpful with recommendations of where to go to see all the local attraction’s . The hotel is exceptionally clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Great location.

Review: This is a boutique hotel with very good service and is most value for money.

Welcome drinks were provided upon arrival and a local map with recommendations of the place to eat and visit was given by the staff.

Their spa was excellent with the best environment and massage therapists. We greatly enjoyed the massage provided by them. Highly recommended!

They even helped us to call the driver to La Ha Bay on the day of our check out.

The hotel location is very convenient and is within walking distance to West Lake area. We walked around the city area and had egg coffee over looking the busy streets in Hanoi ans watched the water puppet show at night time!

We will definitely stay again in this hotel next time.

Positive points: Stunning property with amazing staff. Beds are huge and very comfy, decor is tasteful with good variety for breakfast.

Although still in the old quarter our room was quiet and is in a great location just outside the very busy area. Close to train street and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Staff were friendly and helpful and the property was spotless.

Positive points: The stars of this boutique hotel are the Reception staff who are truly outstanding. I had an issue with the AC in the room not being wamr enough and they sorted this out and called me back to confirm the heating system was on. I had a last minute chellenge getting a taxi back to Halong and they got on their mobiles to find me a new taxi in 10 minutes. Staff are all smiles, speak great English and show genuine care for their guests.

Hotel is very well decorated and offers all the things you need for your stay in the heart of Hanoi. Super clean, very comfortable and I chose the Jr. Suite with small balcony overloooking the main street in front. Overall can highly recommend.

Staff member Mike very friendly and always very helpful on Whatsapp when I needed help while exploring Hanoi.

Nice buffet breakfast.

Too cold to swim in January, but rooftop pool looked nice.

I was there during Lunar New Year, very busy but they managed to do well while their staff were on holiday.

Review: Absolutely would recommend this hotel. It’s located in old town close to many interesting places, shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels expensive but it’s great value. The staff are very attentive and happy to assist with any need. Special thanks to Katy. The food was fantastic and again great value. They went above and beyond to decorate our room for my birthday which was a fabulous surprise and loved the effort. 😊 A big thank you to the staff for that. I would stay here again and will recommend it to my friends planning to come to Hanoi.
