Review: “The staff provided a worse room that did not match the booking until the guest noticed and complained only then did they apologize, saying that the room was no longer available. After a lengthy, unsatisfactory explanation, they offered the guest a discount of 200k.”

Review: This is our 2nd stayed with Hotel Inner a year later. The room is much better than the prevous one. We stayed in the 6th floor.

Review: After the first nights stay I was told I needed to move to another room. The second room had no hot water, no doona for the bed and the heater wasn’t working. The bathroom had black hair I the shower drain, so the bathroom had not been cleaned. No easy access to rooms as the door locks with a key not a card. Staff don’t speak English. The location was the only reason why I didn’t change hotels.

Review: Stayed here as the location is great for exploring Hanoi. The room was large and comfortable with everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

Review: Booked a suite for 3 people and was assigned a deluxe room. The receptionist was not honest until we confronted her. The reason cited was that the previous guests had extended their stay for another day. They should have arranged another room or room for them and not trying to scam us by giving us a deluxe room. We were forced to stay for a night at the deluxe room and only allowed to change to the suite the next day. That was done only after much negotiations. If the hotel accepts double booking then it is definitely unfair to us. This incident really upset us greatly and caused lots of inconvenience. Besides, the room was not properly cleaned and very dirty too.

Review: Staffs are very accommodating specially when it comes to our inquiries and requests. Location is also near the attractions like the St. Joseph Church and Hoan Kiem lake.

Review: I HAD A WORST EXPERIENCES WITH THIS PROPERTY ESPECIALLY WITH WIFE AND 2 KIDS. BEFORE CHECK IN I INFORMED PROPERTY I WILL BE ARRIVING LITTLE LATE THAN THE USUAL CHECK IN TIME JUST TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS READY AS I WAS COMING AFTER A 3HRS CAR DRIVE. AFTER I REACHED AND UNLOADING ALL MY LUGGAGE AND WAITING FOR 5 MINS THE SAME RECEPTION GUY INFORMS ME MY ROOM AIRCON IS NOT WORKING AND WE WILL TRANSFER YOU TO ANOTHER HOTEL AND THEY EXPECTED ME AND MY FAMILY TO WALK IN THOSE LANES WHEN IT WAS RAINING AND TAKE OUR 6 BAGAGES BY THEIR BIKE IN THE RAIN. LATER I PAID FOR THE CAB AND TOOK MYSELF AND LUGGAGES AND STILL HAD TO WALK TO OTHER PROPERTY AND WHEN WE CHECKED THE ROOM QUALITY WAS NOT AS PER MY BOOKING AND THE STAFFS STARTED TO ACT RUDE BY SAYING THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. WE WERE MADE TO WAIT FOR 1HR IN THAT PROPERTY AND THEIR MANAGER SPOKE TO ME AND TRIED TO ARRANGE BUT CAME BACK SAYING IN THE RAIN THEY ARE NOT GETTING OTHER HOTELS AND OFFERED REFUND. LOOK HOW THEY ARE. EITHER THEY MUST HAVE ALLOTED MY ROOM TO SOME OTHER GUEST FOR HIGHER PRICE AND WANTED ME TO LEAVE. FINALLY THEY TOOK ME TO THEIR HOTEL AGAIN AND GAVE A 3 BED SMALL ROOM WHICH IS NOT CLEAN AND ALL THE SHEETS AND BLANKETS WERE DIRTY USED AND STAINED. I HAD NO OPTION BUT TO STAY AS I HAD FLIGHT EARLY MORNING NEXT DAY. WHEN I ASKED COMPENSATION THE FIRST RESPONSE WAS AGODA PAYS US VERY LESS AND I SHOULD BE BOOKING AT COSTLY PLACE. SHE LATER OFFERED ME AIRPORT TRANSFER, WHICH WAS A SMALL AMOUNT. AGODA IS RESPONSIBLE TO LIST SUCH PROPERTY ON THEIR SIGHT AND CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE WORST HOLIDAY EXPERIENCES. I DEMAND A REFUND FROM YOU. EVEN THE ROOM PICTURES DON'T MATCH THE PROPERTY IT IS CHEATING.

Review: The best hotel we stayed at around northern vietnam with such a reasonable price. All the staff was kind and helpful.

Review: Pros: location is perfect. Lots of cheap eats, cafes, and convenience stores including circle K nearby

Cons: lots of ant-like insects at the dressing table. Shower is very weak. Tolerable at this price
