Authentic Hanoi Boutique Hotel

Review: Overall quite good experience. I got a room upgrade due to availability at that moment. Staff was nice and very helpful. Just that the room and hotel didn't have a dehumidifying system, so it is very humid in February (In cold season like February the normal air conditioners just cannot dehumidify the air). But I guess that is the problem of 99% hotels in Hanoi, even the 5 or 6 star ones.

Positive points: Great location, perfect walking distance to the lake, french quarter, and old quarter, but also quieter being just out of the busy street.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Sandy and the staff were very friendly and helpful with tips and organizing things for us. Family friendly!
