Positive points: The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, with breathtaking views of Hoan Kiem Lake. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient, yet the hotel itself remained a peaceful sanctuary amidst the bustling streets.

Review: We really enjoyed the interactions with the staff. They were lovely to speak to and offered recommendations for sight seeing, money exchange, good food.

The rooms are very clean but a little tight. Not sure what room we had. Not much room to store your luggage or storage space but this is expected for a French inspired hotel. The doors are a bit thin so corridor noise etc. You will hear some noise. The hotel was full of more sophisticated personnel so everyone was considerate.

You are right in the heart of Hanoi here and can walk to anything. Roof top bar is nice with good tasting cocktails. Breakfast is limited choice but sufficient for the hotel size.

Positive points: ♡Location: very central. ♡Hotel: beautiful boutique hotel, love the interior decor and the exterior of the hotel. ♡Room: has big smart TV, clean, smell good, quiet room, we had peaceful sleep. ♡Cleanliness: The property's clean and smell good. ♡Staff: helpful, polite, friendly staff. ♡Service: top notch hospitality, fast and quick service. ♡Restaurant: elegant, food was great, restaurant with 5 star service. ***Overall, we had a fantastic stay, highly recommended! We'll stay again if we go back to Hanoi.

Review: We moved from the window/street view to the back. Everything was good: service, breakfast, friendly staff, clean room, delicious cocktails on the rooftop. We will go back and stay here again.

Positive points: The team! The staff at La Sinfonia really went above and beyond when guiding us, helping us with any issue we had with the room or just in general checking in on how our stay was. Jennie whom we met at different frequently was superbly friendly and helpful to us. The team at the Spa also was great, we ended up going nearly every day!
All and all a great enjoyable stay, the hotel itself is quite small, but the location is superbly convenient especially if on a weekend when they close the streets to cars, and it all becomes a wonderful pedestrian promenade!

Review: the staff , location and price are all excellent, highly recommended

Positive points: The staff could not do enough to help us, offering an alternative (and accepted) room when we had a slight issue with the first. They also personally guided us to the pickup point for our grab taxi after our checkout. Our room was comfortable. Location is great for Hoan Kiem lake, old town and French quarter. Other sights such as the temple of literature require a taxi or hop on / hop off bus (we tried this but would not recommend)

Review: Overall good location as right in the tourist spot. But not able to reach by taxi as road closure during weekend.
