Review: There's no window in the room. Very small room in an alley. The picture advertised and the reality is completely different. It looks nice in photo than what it really is. No restaurant on site and have to go to sister hotel across street for breakfast. However, the staff is really nice and courteous.

Positive points: Politeness of the staff, very helpful and kind. Also it's in the center, everything so close. Very good breakfast in the sister hotel 20 meters away. Finally one of the best massage in the sister hotel

Positive points: The staff were exceptional, especially Grace, Justin and Clare. Nothing was too much trouble, organising trips and SIM cards for us. They quickly responded to any queries we had, taking all the effort out of our trip.
Breakfast was very good and the room was clean and comfortable. Location was good too for exploring the Old Quarter.

Review: Very hospitable staff. They allowed us to leave our luggage while waiting for our flight in the evening. Very good buffet breakfast.

Review: Our stay was exceptional and thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel was quiet, clean, and the staff were consistently friendly, flexible, and patient. Special thanks to Justin, Henry, Tracy, and Grace for their invaluable tips on nearby attractions. The hotel was also incredibly accommodating, allowing us to enjoy a hot shower even after check-out or before check-in. The staff’s hospitality went above and beyond! Additionally, the hotel’s location was ideal, within walking distance of shopping areas, food streets, and Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

Positive points: The accommodations were exactly as advertised. We were in an Executive Family suite. I would say that it is just right for 3 people, a bit tight for 4 adults. I liked that I have been able to coordinate with the hotel through WhatsApp prior my arrival. As I arrived in Hanoi and will directly go to Sapa upon landing, I asked if I could leave some stuff and they accommodated this. And when we returned from Sapa, arriving at 6am, they would have allowed us to check in early if there was available booking, but unfortunately there was no available room. But they have a shower room at the basement to accommodate guests to freshen up while waiting to check-in. Since check in time would typically be at 2pm they allow early storage of bags as well.

It was easy to coordinate with them through WhatsApp. They were very accomodating for booking on our behalf Restaurant reservations and airport transfers. Special shout out to guest relations (David, Justine, Grace and Eileen, they were really awesome the entire time.

Positive points: The staff of Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley were excellent! Very courteous, helpful (the lady even helped to call my booked airport transfer if it's arriving soon). The exec suite was large, comfy bed, quiet. It has ample plug points, fast internet

Positive points: We're repeat guests. The hotel and service was spot on....that's why it's our hotel of choice every time we visit Hanoi. We would have loved to stay longer, but this was a short trip to catch up with friends.
