This is our 1st visit to Hanoi. Choosing the hotel with the best location is important.

Note: For Muslim family, halal restaurant is just opposite the road.

Unfortunately we misunderstand the family room as they provide 2 separate bedroom as 1 family room. Agoda booking was not very clear as we thought we have to book 2 family room and eventually we end up with 4 bedroom.
Hotel GM, Mr Viet Pham, was very helpful to accommodate us.
I would recommend this hotel for any family room if you are not very particular with standard facilities. Do not expect a 5Star hotel facilities here.
