Review: The hotel is centrally located and convenient for travel. The room is fully equipped. The room is cleaned twice a day. The attitude of the staff varies some are attentive and cheerful, while others are curt. The staff handling the checkout process were slow and bureaucratic, wasting a lot of the guests' time.

Positive points: Property is in very good area not too busy compared to rest of hotels based. Good restaurants and coffee shops around. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Toiletries provided are really top notch high quality products. Staff member went over and above and offered to take me looking for an ATM after he finished his shift I’m sorry I didn’t take his name. Staff also come assist immediately when there is a problem with something in the room or you request anything.

Negative points: The housekeeping staff did a very very bad job. Linen wasn’t changed until I messed on it night 3 so they were compelled. The first morning after booking in I overslept and rushed out for my tour leaving the iron board out and my bags in a mess. I retuned to find it exactly where I left it. They probably didn’t dust a week before we booked in as the surfaces were all dusty, and definitely never swept throughout my stay. They removed the shower mat day one of my stay and never replaced it. I took a hand towel and put it on the floor as shower mat and it stayed there until I checked out after 4 days. I called reception asking for someone to please come help me with laundry list she said it’s fine I could bring it as the first laundry is free and upon check out they wanted to charge me for laundry .

Review: The hotel's staff was exceptional, making our stay enjoyable. The room size and amenities were perfect for our family with young children.
However, the Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable. Overall, a value-for-money choice with good walkability and comfortable sleep quality.

Positive points: My room is spacious and the bed is comfy the hotel is wonderful and clean the staff is friendly and constantly welcomes me A25 offers appliances from well-known brands and the costs are extremely reasonable. Breakfast is also great. Highly recommended

Positive points: location: easy to reach, near hoan kiem lake, quiet environment with superb price.
windows on all room, fresh air every morning.
complete ammenities, iron& board, great!!

Negative points: rooms need to be deep cleaning, specially smell from long unused room (aircons need to freshed, shower need decalcination).
on one way street, narrow lane, so if you use taxi, sometimes need to go around.
