Review: the place and food is ok but they did not give us back the cashback stated in the website when we booked the place.
Positive points: Location
Negative points: Desk staff need to learn customer service. Parking's a rip-off compared to street parking.
Review: Everything is fine and professional, the staff is enthusiastic, the breakfast is delicious, the bed is comfortable and sleep is good.
Positive points: I read the previous comments so I was prepared. Good location and friendly staff. Room service cleaned my room really nicely! Things worked and I did not have major issues. Internet was good, and food was okay.
Negative points: A good renovation could increase the experience! The only major letdown was that there was constand water leak in the bathroom floor. They covered it with a rubber mat, but my slippers got wet every time nontheless.
Review: Room cleaning not available when called. Facuets not working properly. Room sizes are small. Reception doesn't picked up the calls

Review: The hotel is good as the location is very near to major tourist attractions like the Hoa Lo Prison which is just 550 Meters away from the hotel. The only setback is that some of the staff were not very friendly. The buffet Breakfast were scrumptious. The female receptionist was ok to extend our checkout time to 1PM as our flight was at 4PM.

Location is good, opposite to the exhibition center, 5 mins walking to the train station and nearby coffee and restaurants.
Super friendly and helpful staff
Hygiene is acceptable considered that the hotel is quite ancient.
Breakfast is good and full.
Negative points:
the sound isolation should be improved.
Although the hotel seems to be renovated recently, there are some leakage and mold strains in the room.
