Positive points: Clean, comfortable and in quiet area

Positive points: the location and the staff.

Positive points: Very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to everything but in a quiet area at night.

Positive points: My younger sister (16) and I (24) stayed here on our first trip together and felt very welcomed. Lisa was wonderful in helping us with transport, from easy busses to the airport and great food recommendations too. Bought sim cards here as well on our first night, close location to lovely cafes and ATM

Review: The receptionist is so nice and friendly with no issue in communicating in English.

The environment is quiet and peaceful and a water dispenser is conveniently provided.
However , I was a bit dissatisfied with the low water pressure and the water heater not functioning properly.

Positive points: The heater for cold nights. The size of the room. Staff is frendly.

Review: Toilet is ensuite. Cozy room with comfy bed and cutesy decorations. Comes with a small balcony with street view. The toilet door is faded and worn out due to not being waterproof though. A nice coat of waterproof paint will be perfect. Location is convenient and at a quieter neighbourhood. Check out the nearby capybara cafe if you are into this stuff.

Review: W opisie na Agodzie nie jest napisane, że łazienka jest poza pokojem, na korytarzu, do tego jest dzielona z miejscowym studiem tatuażu. Bardzo dziwne i niekomfortowe rozwiązanie...

Positive points: Nothing.
The noise during night was TERRIBLE because of the water pump.

Review: Nhìn ảnh có cái rèm che rất to tưởng cửa sổ rộng hoá ra là cái hốc để đồ họ che đi. Tối ngủ cứ sợ sợ. M chọn ở đây lý do nó đi bộ đc ra chỗ rạp xiếc TƯ để bắt bus VJ ra Nội bài. Toilet bên ngoài. Tường cách âm quá mỏng. Sàn gỗ đi nhón chân cũng phát tiếng quá to. Check out ko thấy nhân viên đâu. Tóm lại chịu ko dám ở lần 2

Positive points: We stayed here for 4 nights. Actually it not like a home-stay type. Its kinda hostel type.
The staffs were helpful
Room facility & service was stranded.

Positive points: Great location, lots within walking distance! The homestay also runs a travel agency so they were able to help us with booking a bus. They sent lots of recommendations as well which were appreciated 😁

Positive points: The room was spacious and quiet, hot water and a nice showerhead. Very barebones, check yourself in and out, safe location. There was a really nice cafe next to the homestay with pretty good hojicha tea.
