1. We checked in around 22:30 and syas "Xin Chào" to the front desk staff, he saw us and reacted with contemptuous smile, mur-mur "Người Trung Quốc".
This is not about China, Just such an attitude is Unprofessional and Racism.
2, The soundproof is terrible. I can hear every single sounds from the aisle clearly, people talking, walking steps and knocking door. It's a nightmare, We can't fall asleep.
Expect above, the breakfast, location, cleanliness, bedsheet...etc are all good.
This room has an indoor window, skylight shines the room from the rooftop, that's a benefit.
Positive points: Good and quiet location. Many breakfast choices. Close to train station.
Negative points: A small room and needed some renovation.
Review: Good location, the staff were helpful. Breakfast are fantastic. It was my second time to stayed here. I will recommend this place closed to the rail way station to which you can find lots of good local food. 😊
Positive points: Room & Location
Negative points:
The staff was not so friendly. No welcome drink.. Some trouble checking in. They forced us to show pasport and make a picture of it, while in Europe that's not even allowed anymore (due to all the personal details which hackers/criminals can use.) A copy was not enough, they needed all details in the pasport.
Breakfast was okay, but for this quality hotel we expected a bit more

Good hotel
Still in Old Quarter next to Train Street. About 10 mins walk to lake, but lots of shops, restaurants and shops to keep you occupied on way.
Good choice for breakfast.
Good bed not too hard.
Quiet at night.
Friendly staff.
Would highly recommend.
Positive points:
Thank you for the nice experience of staying in Hanoi, the beginning and end of the trip in Vietnam. You have extremely comfortable beds, the bedding smells good. I would like to praise your two employees at the reception, namely the woman with glasses, which she wore from time to time, and the guy with glasses, who was very talkative. Unfortunately, I don't know their names, they were on the 8th of January in the evening when we came back from the trip at eight o'clock. The boy told us in the conversation that he no longer consumes sugar, he drank one green drink. 🤩Maybe that's how he'll recognize himself. Both are very friendly, talkative, helpful and give off good energy. When the boy saw us the second time at the hotel, when we arrived after the New Year, he was very happy for us and it's really nice when the receptionist greets you like that. Both also speak English well. Once again, thanks and kudos to the team, the aforementioned lady and gentleman. Unfortunately, we didn't get to say goodbye to the two of them because they finished their shift while we were out for a walk. Thank you, Renata&Drazen

Great location, train street just around the corner.. Not to be missed!
Lovely clean comfy room, cheerful very helpful staff. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Review: Aircon was a bit warm. When we informed front desk, they looked into it promptly. However they were unable to fix it as it was over the weekend and could not get repair men down. But they tried to fix it. Breakfast was very good.
Positive points: It is a great hotel, centrally located. The room was great, had working AC, breakfast was good. The staff was amazing, provided us with great recommendations where to dine as well as they let us store our luggage when we went for a 2 night trip to Cat Ba.
Review:
Room is quite small, not enough to hold 2 luggages.
Toilet is small and water pressure is average, a challenge to adjust the temperature (can be scalding hot).
Small property so we could hear housekeepers washing toilets of other rooms, and their conversations.
Airport transfer (arranged by hotel) at 350,000d is a gd deal, Grab can be ~450k.
Positive points: The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is located very central with ease to many places around. The room was very clean and the shower was a welcomed joy.
Negative points: The breakfast could be better, perhaps more recognisable offerings would be more suitable.

This hotel was very comfortable to stay in.
It ticked a lot of boxes.
In a great location with lots of good food to choose from.
Very close to Train St, Thang Long Citadel. We stayed on 6th floor. We were pleasantly surprised as heard no noise from the street below. Comfy bed and pillows, hot shower with strong water pressure, nice light room, blockout curtains, large mirror with good light outside bathroom to do make-up, lots of space for suitcases and shelves, hooks to hang towels etc. These are all the things thatvwe as travellers appreciate. They also provide a good breakfast buffet, we could have more than one beverage coffee juice etc. which was a bonus. We would stay here again when next in Hanoi.
Positive points: Perfect location for the train. Lake and other tourist attractions were a 10 min walk so perfect location
Review: Staff members no cooperative and rooms are too small
Positive points:
Available staff really welcome and fast on reply in questions.
The attention to the request made!
Negative points: .
Review: Good location and very helpful staff. Would stay again
Positive points:

close to the main train station
inmidst the party, but still quiet
"good" breakfast *with your choice of omelet, eggs
Negative points: relatively small room
Review:
I loved our stay in this hotel. The rooms are as advertised- clean, cool, and cheery. The windows in the rooms are the highlight for me as I loved the street view. This is just in front of the Train Street so you can see the train passing by.
The location is excellent as it is at the center of all landmarks in the city- from the old quarters to the city business center.
Staffs are kind and the hotel allowed us to leave our bags for free even after checkout since we still have time to explore the city before our flight.
Rooms are cleaned daily, fast internet, water has heater.
Breakfast food are a bit oily and greasy but the coffee makes up for it.
Go here, good for the budget.
Positive points: It’s located right next to the famous train street in Hanoi. The room was small but had everything you need for a short stay
Negative points: The breakfast had little choice and space for all the guests
