Hanoi La Selva Central Hotel

Review: Staff in this property are superb. Plus the location is at the center of everthing you need in Hanoi. It is also a 5 minute walk if you want to go on a hop on hop off city tour.

Positive points: The staff, location and breakfast were great. They were very attentive to my gluten-intolerance. Beds were large and very comfortable with nice linen.

Review: The place is conveniently located. Special mention to Quinni and Nina who went above and beyond in helping us out. They are the true picture of what hospitality is. Kudos to them.

Review: We stayed in this hotel for a night. Location in the centre of Hanoi city, the entrance look small but the hotel inside is long and nice.

They only have one lift, but out room nearby to the stair. So they help us to move our bags. Room big, clean, and nice. They even give us facial wash. Worth the money!

Positive points: The staff and manager were amazing. They even surprised me with a Birthday cake. The place is clean and in a central location highly recommend!

Positive points: Location was perfect. Staff was helpful, organized an early check in even without prior request and topped it off with a room upgrade. They also lent us an umbrella on a rainy day. Breakfast was very good, lots of options and the eoman in charge was lovely.

Review: The manager Jackie is one of nicest property manager I’ve met. He is so hands on and accommodating. Mia, Devon and Bieber are very kind and attentive. Highly recommended. Thw location is also nice and near the lake.

Positive points: Loved the courteous staff. Jackie helped with the further travel bookings and itinerary days before the check-in at the hotel. Nina was extremely polite and helpful.
The hotel is located at the junction of all the key attractions and happening side of Hanoi at the old quarters. The train street is 15min walking, the lake is 3min on foot. Mushroomed with restaurants, eateries, veg-food options, shopping options, this place is a good choice.

Review: Amazing experience at La Selva Central. The Manager Jackie welcomed us from the very first second after booking giving an overview of the services they provide: airport transfer, tours, sim cards, check in and out.
Staff is extremely kind and cares about any details (taking your luggages to the room, giving you tips and advices to explore the city etc). We arranged several tours via Jackie and you can be sure his prices are the most convenient compared to the online ones, plus Jackie will do his best to be the troubleshooter in case anything happens in the tour.
Totally recommend this hotel if you're looking for a quite but central place to stay in Hanoi!

Positive points: The staff are simply amazing. They smile and greet you all the time. A special thank you to Ms. SYUEN who served us breakfast everyday. She is an epitome of excellent customer service from the heart. I hope the management of the hotel will reward her for her genuine yet professional attributes. Your hotel is so centralized and has good vibes. The room was big and felt so comfortable. This hotel is somewhere I would keep coming back to if I visit Hanoi again. Great job! Your staff are the best assets of your company.

Review: The manager (Jackie) was very attentive and accommodating. The staff as well have been very helpful, efficient and friendly. For the service alone, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I also loved the food (breakfast) they served. It's also very near Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel's location is very convenient and it's just a few feet away from the weekend night market. I was so happy and satisfied and I would love to come back and book this hotel again.

Positive points: There was so much to like - the charming hotel - sweet lobby, lovely staff, warm welcome our spacious room (there are smaller rooms as well) had a round table and two chairs - perfect for my laptop, the bed was on a platform so very zen like breakfast on the 6th floor had plenty of choice and attentive staff location - Hoan Kiem lake was right around the corner, walking street was next door, the old quarter. Like so many buildings in Hanoi, tall and narrow, the space has been well utilized. The value for the room was excellent. Mr. Jackie Lee and staff were outstanding.
