Review: The receiptionist is so kind and very helpful, she is Cherry...we are a group and want to buy banh pia, she is very kind asking the shop to deliver the banh pia to hai bay...the breakfast is excellent!!

Positive points: We stayed at 805 Haibay Suite room. It was a perfect room. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice and clean. It has balcony and you can see the city. We love it. Breakfast is good. Kai is very helpful and always be ready to help if you need.

Negative points: Nothing

7.0 Need to fixed something to make it better - Min 16-01-2025

Positive points: We stay at room 801 King Deluxe room (8th floor). It is back of the hotel. The room itself is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a big bathroom.

Negative points: On the day we stayed, we smelt some kind of rotten garbage smell. It might be coming from the floor above (9th floor) where they serve breakfast. We smelt it along the 8th floor hallway. Not sure whether or not it has smell on the other floor. The toilet seat need to be fixed. It is out of alignment. The only worse thing for us is rotten garbage smell.

Positive points: Very good location, excellent staff,especially Cherry on reception. She was very friendly and helpful.

Negative points: The air conditioner in the second bedroom didn’t work well. Very hot room. The staff brought portable fans to our room to fix the problem.

Positive points: Location

Negative points: We were woken up at 7am with drilling and building works going on. It actually sounded like they were in our room and drilling through our walls.

Breakfast was awful. There were flies on the fruit, the toaster didn’t work, neither did the coffee machine (which looked dirty and disgusting. And the food just looked like it had been in the pot for weeks.
We didn’t have it and went to a cafe for breakfast.

Review: Walking distance to Hanoi city center, night market, Ho Hoan Kiem Lake, famous Michelin Pho 10 Restaurant and other tourist spots. This boutique hotel is well maintained and clean. Staffs are professional, nice and accommodating. The breakfast is great.

Review: Located on the outskirts of old quarters to the west. A bit of walk from the centre but still walkable. About 10 minutes walk to shoe street but it seemed longer because Hanoi streets are not pedestrian friendly. The hotel room that we got was spacious, clean, comfortable and near Hoan Kiem lake. Because it's off centre the streets are less crowded. There are a few bakeries and coffee joints nearby and an Indian restaurant just next door.

Positive points: The hotel was honestly beautiful for such a prime location and value for money. The photos are on point. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Negative points: We didn't like the shower over the bath but a very small dislike, we loved the room!

Positive points: The room was a lot better after getting an upgrade from the King Room with a description that said window with a view. The view looks into another building so I definitely wouldn't call it a view.

Negative points: The noise from the street.

Review: I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff members were very kind, friendly and helpful. Derek, Cherry, Kai and the rest are all amazing.
My only complaint is the checkin time of 2pm. I arrived on a morning flight at around 8am and had to shell out 25+ US dollars extra for early checkin which was quite disappointing. Besides, the room itself was windowless and it didn't have enough space to move around or do some much needed indoor exercise.

Positive points: Room and location are good. In terms of breakfast, I`m supposed that it`s better for everyone to have several menu.

Negative points: The noise of bike is not so good. I did not sleep well with some noisy because my room is close to the road.

Positive points: Location.

Negative points: Staff could not understand English very well at all, therefore not helpful. Room was very small with 1x window onto an old elevator shaft. This was very noisy. Not a pleasant stay.
