Review: Đạt được các tiêu chí cần thiết của dịch vụ, phòng nghỉ với giá cả khá hợp lý. Khoảng cách tới thăm thú các địa điểm ăn uống, du lịch trong thành phố hay đi, đến từ sân bay quốc tế Nội Bài là một lợi thế nhất định của khách sạn này. Sẽ quay lại khi có nhu cầu.

Review: -Good location near Old Quarter
-Manager gave a good impression and was very helpful and people always got the door for us but the other staff members weren't as good. One was coughing a lot including on our luggage 🧳
-Expensive for the quality of service/the room
-Room was nice but there were ants on the floor/sink/shower + was a little dusty
-Shower water went from boiling to just cold for the whole rest of the shower
-Ok breakfast

Positive points: Top location. It probably could not be better value for money. From local markets to street food - everything is near. About 45-60min from airport.
I recon it was best hotel bed I ever had! Staff was friendly. Breakfast tasty and they even got me a quick snack before my early flight.

Positive points: Amazing staff!!! and a very nicely decorated room. The minibar has good prices on water and the hotel can book a luxurious taxi to the airport for barely any money at all. Will stay here again.

Review: 3-5 mins walking distance to Sapa bus (very early bus schedule). That’s why we select this hotel and it wasn’t disappointed us. Walk out from hotel to left there’s plenty of local food available
